Protection Plus is the most comfortable and cheapest way to travel without worries.
Come funziona?
Every time you rent a Zity, the app will display this message: For only €2.49, move safely with Protection Plus. Do you want it?
If you click “yes”, it will add €2.49 to the total cost of your trip, which means that if you have an accident and you are responsible, you will pay nothing for the damage caused to your vehicle. If you select the ‘Protection Plus on all my rentals’ option first, the message will no longer be displayed and the service will automatically apply to all your rentals. So, easy! But don’t worry, you can always deactivate this option at any time in your personal settings.
The service applies until the end of the rental, regardless of its duration or the stops you make with the Stand By fare.
What if I don’t take advantage of the Protection Plus reduction and have an accident, what happens?
You will always be covered by comprehensive insurance for you and your passengers, but in this case, if you are at fault, you will have to pay the excess up to a maximum of 250€. This service allows you to reduce the total cost you would pay for damages, provided you have complied with the Terms and Conditions.

- Accident Assistance
- Breakage of Windows
