New App feature: Business Profile

Choose sustainable mobility to get to and from work

We’re excited to finally tell you about the latest new feature that will make managing your business easier than ever. With the Business Profile in the Zity app you can now rent a car and receive all invoices directly in your Business Profile.

This new functionality was created with the aim of promoting and facilitating sustainable mobility in the workplace. At Zity we adapt to your day-to-day needs by offering you a flexible and sustainable solution for your or your employees’ commute to work. Travel comfortably, easily and in an environmentally friendly way!

How do I activate the Business Profile?

If you already belong to the Zity family:

  1. Update your Zity App.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to the side menu section < My Wallet >.
  4. Select < Add business payment profile >  and follow all the instructions.

If you are not yet Zityzen:

  1. Download the Zity app and register in 1 minute.
  2. Once your account is validated, go to the side menu section < Mi Wallet >.
  3. Click on the button < Add payment method > and add your personal account details.
  4. To create a business profile, select < Add business payment profile > .
  5. Complete the required details to finalise the process.

Once your business profile has been created, our team will review all the information. If everything is in order, you will receive a notification and you can start using your business profile immediately.

With Zity’s Business Profile receive all invoices directly in your profile and keep track of your expenses more efficiently. You can also manage your payment methods associated with your business profile and choose from options such as monthly or per trip billing.

Remember that if you ever wish to delete your Business Profile, you will need to ensure that you have no outstanding debts. Once you are up to date, you will be able to delete it without any problems.
