We have always been supported by Renault Group, the City of Paris and its citizens since the launch of the activities in the French capital in May 2020. Nevertheless, factors external to the company such as significant damages repeatedly suffered by the fleet have diminished both the availability of the vehicles and the qualitative assessment of the service by users. This situation prevented Zity from offering its customers the highest quality standards they deserve.
Customer satisfaction is paramount, and despite our several strategic improvement plans, the decision to discontinue the service in Paris has been made and will be effective as of January 15th, 2024.
Mobilize’s purpose is to improve the lives of citizens through sustainable, affordable, and fair mobility, and we will uphold this purpose in the cities where Zity operates today: Lyon, Madrid and Milan.
