Our new app is now available and it replaces the previous one.
To get it you just have to update it in the market.
What’s New:
- New Design: Green and blue give way to orange and black.
- New Name: The app, on your mobile and in the market is called ‘Mobilize Share & Zity”.
- Nuevo icon:
What remains:
- The menú, the map, the rental process…
- Your subscriptions, your available balance, your savings packs if you have any…
In summary… everything remains the same.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not create a new account. Log in with your Zity username and password.
What’s gonna change:
– In the coming months we will include new mobility services in this app.
– You will be able to use them with your same account
– Our communications and our cars will gradually adopt the Mobilize Share image.
How to get the new app:
- Go to your market Apple Store / Play Store
- Click on UPDATE
- Once upated, use your Zity’s user and password to log in.
How to make a rental in the new app:
Update as soon as possible to continue using the service as usual and be the first to try our new features. If you have problems during the process, see the solutions here.
